Project 100 at Trinity College Melbourne delivers 104 modern student accommodation rooms and state-of-the-art facilities, blending heritage charm with contemporary campus living.

This development sets a new benchmark for student experience, integrating advanced electrical systems, collaborative learning spaces, and sustainable design within the College’s historic precinct.

Designed to sit respectfully among the College’s heritage-listed 19th-century buildings, the development blends traditional architectural character with contemporary functionality.

Our engagement commenced with early works, including a 1.5MVA substation, new 2000AMP main switchboard, upgraded mains infrastructure and fibre reticulation — all delivered within a fully operational campus environment.

Designed to sit respectfully among the College’s heritage-listed 19th-century buildings, the development blends traditional architectural character with contemporary functionality.

The completed facility comprises 104 student accommodation rooms, office areas, gymnasium and collaborative learning spaces. The electrical scope included specialised lighting, AV installations, Panduit communications, Integriti security systems, Vingcard access control and a 28kW solar PV system.
