Nestled in the City of Wyndham, a prominent growth area in Melbourne and currently the second fastest-growing municipality in Victoria, Manor Lakes has undergone significant development.

The recently expanded shopping centre now spans 21,971 square meters and introduces 26 new retail spaces, featuring popular brands such as Best & Less, Anytime Fitness, and a Kmart store covering 6,531 square meters.

Complementing this expansion is a newly constructed parking facility that accommodates up to 506 vehicles, in addition to the existing center, which includes nine tenancies, 354 parking spots, and a Coles Supermarket integrated into the new complex.

The Stage 2 expansion of the Manor Lakes Shopping Centre features a single-level addition to the existing Coles centre, which encompasses a new Kmart, two mini-major stores, four food outlets with outdoor seating options, 20 retail units, a children’s play area, an Anytime Fitness gym, and an additional car park with a capacity for 870 vehicles.
